Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@Pawfecto.store so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used pet food products
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
Refunds
